Safe and Sound and We Stayed Awake Until Dinner Time!

After approximately 30 hours, our kiwisforthesummer2015 arrived safe and sound to a beautiful sunny morning in Christchurch.  We spent the morning getting settled in to the Uni at Lincoln before setting off for a hike in the Port Hills under low cloud and reasonable, but cool, temps and spectacular overviews of Christchurch and Lyttelton Harbor.  We also enjoyed our first afternoon tea time where we got ice cream and coffee at The Store.  We all managed to stay awake until dinner time and look forward to a good night's rest in a nice warm bed.
